SUS FIBER TYPE
|
The SUS FIBER is made from thinly rolled SUS316L. This produces more resistance from cutting, a higher removing effect, extra strength, and provides enough heat resistance with almost zero electric resistance. These brushes are used for industrial electrostatic removal in a number of different factories such as tire, chemistry, rubber solution, oil refinery, pharmacy, power, and textile film etc. |
| THUNDERON FIBER TYPE |
The THUNDERON FIBER is conducted by chemically combining acrylic fibers with copper. It has a relatively higher electrical resistance compared with the SUS FIBER. It is used as a contact method because it is tender and has good elasticity qualities. It is cheap and ideal for contact with thin paper. This type of brush is generally used for low speed printers, faxes, bill counters, electronic scales, finger printer readers... etc. |
| FRENCH BRUSH |
The FRENCH BRUSH is used in weaving machines, cloths/film manufacturing processes, printing processes, and manufacturing line processes in electrical products. This brush can prevent static electricity generated in the mating face between products and machines. |
| ROLL BRUSH |
The ROLL BRUSH is used for high speed printers and copy machines. |
